INTERNSHIPS FOR STUDENTS OF 9TH – 12TH GRADES

The Electronics & Instrumentation Product Design & Manufacturing program is structured for students in Grades 9–12 planning STEM undergraduate applications. This internship is delivered in association with System Level Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd., Anand, Gujarat, a turnkey electronics product engineering and manufacturing organization.Students are exposed to electronics product engineering, embedded systems, semiconductor design environments, manufacturing workflows, and testing ecosystems through facility-based immersion and guided project environments. Students work on live or closely modelled projects related to smart infrastructure, EV systems, semiconductor prototyping, aerospace electronics, and AI-led diagnostics.Designed for students planning undergraduate applications in electronics engineering, electrical engineering, robotics, semiconductor engineering, embedded systems, or product design.

Hands-On Demonstrations / Projects

Smart Metering for Utilities

Designing intelligent metering systems for electricity, water, or gas using wireless communication technologies such as LoRa or NB-IoT. Students study embedded hardware integration, sensor networks, consumption analytics, tamper detection systems, and remote billing infrastructure.

Space Technology Payload Interface

Developing onboard control and data interface modules for satellite payload systems. Students work on telemetry systems, embedded electronics, subsystem communication architecture, and real-time data exchange under constrained aerospace environments.

AI-Based Lung Cancer Detection

Building machine learning models to analyse CT imaging datasets for early-stage abnormality detection. Students engage in dataset preparation, image preprocessing, model training, and evaluation workflows within healthcare AI applications.

Electric Vehicle Charging Controller

Designing a smart EV charging prototype with authentication, monitoring dashboards, and energy tracking systems. Students are exposed to controller firmware, communication protocols such as OCPP, and EV ecosystem infrastructure.

Fabless Semiconductor Design using FPGA

Understanding semiconductor design workflows using FPGA development boards. Students prototype chip logic systems, simulate semiconductor behaviour, and study fabless manufacturing validation processes.
